Hello, I have the following installation Vitodens 200-W WB2C Vitotronic 200 HO1B Vitotrol 300A Vitoconnect 100 opto1 ViCare app version 3.0.3 (on iOS 14.2) Since a little while my comfort mode disappeared And I am left with the holiday mode only (see picture). I think it started with vicar app version 3. do you have a solution? Thank you

Hello Pak0, which status do the LEDs of your Vitoconnect 100 have? If the two LEDs at the top are green, please disconnect your Vitoconnect 100 from the powercable over 10 minutes. Best wishes °be

I'll rephrase my question, Can I have open therm with my setup? Is there a module I can add or replace to have open therm? Thank you

Hello Pak0 sorry, but that´s a bug which will be fixed with the next update of the app. @ede321: Es handelt sich dabei leider um einen Bug in der App, welcher aber mit dem nächsten Update gefixed wird. Beste Grüße °be
