Hi, today I have a little time to try to exclude some of the problem. First, I removed the opentherm controller (in my case Wiser Hub by Schneider) and attached an old relay thermostat controller. With that I can control the boiler on the LCD display. Then I jump into the menu Eco mode (with the leave symbol) and I turn on the Eco mode - with that the hot water preheat is turned off. Than I wait for a hour and realized the heating is not turning on randomly again. Then I open the kitchen faucet with to get warm water and I wait for some minutes. And my suspicion was confirmed - when I ask for the hot water the hot water also appears in my radiator system as well. The difference between OT and relay thermostat is , when OT attached I cannot switch the preheat funciot of the hot water, so heat up the hot water but somehow also my radiator pipes too. When relay thermo attached and switch off the preheat funciton but it still also heat up my radis pipes during I get hot water. So I'm suspicous the mixing valve in the boiler is the problem, because it's allow the hot water to enter the radiator heating pipe. And this error appear a day after the yearly maintance visit, awesome.... 😞
