Hi, I have set up my developer portal and configured a client, but any API call results in "PACKAGE_NOT_PAID_FOR" I don't think this should be the case for trying to do basic things with the free tier. My emails to developer@viessmann-climatesolutions.com are not being answered. Please advise. Thanks
