Judging by the IP address 169.254.x.x, it appears that your Viessmann gas boiler cannot receive a correct response from your local DHCP server. What IP address are you using to log in to your router - 192.168.0.1 or 1.1? Then, your Viessmann gas boiler should be able to receive an IP address starting with 192.168.
