So I see Viessmann has decided to ignore this thread completely, the issues still persist and I fully regret buying any products from this company altogether. Well.. at least I know which brand to avoid in the future.

I had the same problem, got replaced VitoconnectOPTO2 under warranty, fine for 24 hours and then again these off/on messages. By replacing the VitoconnectOPTO2 I also lost all historical data in ViCare !!! Worst system ever.
