I wonder if these interruption are intended updates of the viessmann platform (in which case Viessmann can inform their customers in advance when maintenance will happen), instable infrastructure environments, or very buggy software. I bought my vito connect not so long ago (couple of months) when it was nice and warm here in Belgium. So heating was completely of... First days of some colder temperatures outside now and guess what, I wish I would have found this post (Vicare smart climate: feedback & experience after ... - Viessmann Community (viessmann-community.com) before bying this Viessman "smart" system. Exaclty the same things happening ( @TakieYC thx for the continious feedback to Viessmann). This is not a "smart" heating system Viessmann is trying to develop but a time machine which only purpose is to stop time it seems.
