Benjamin, I presume you are based at Viessmann HQ in Allendorf? The people in charge of this Vicare and Vicare Smart Climate mess must be located there. Why not pass by there desks and address the issues? They are universal and by no means specific to Belgium. I am addressing this in Belgium as well, bot nothing has happened for 1,5 years. Meanwhile we are confronted with gas prices that have gone up ten fold. Why not put an end to this bureaucratic nonsense?
