So we had a vitocharge system installed in the middle of may. After some finetuning everything worked fine until last weekend one of the two strings of solar panels stopped charging the battery. The problem is most likely with the smart controls of the inverter. I can't believe we're ready to head into the next weekend and this problem hasn't been solved. Even better Viessmann doesn't even help my supplier help me. This has already been the worst customer experience i've had in 2022 and at this point I wouldn't recommend this system to anyone.
