the reason you need to talk to your local sales partners is that the devices and the functionality differ from country to country.
I can tell you that a new Vitodens 100-W with an internal communications modul would not need a Vitoconnect and that the floor thermostat could be connected to the boiler by your heating contractor via VitoGuide, but that may only be the answer for devices sold for the german market.
I cannot garantuee that this is the way the installation works in your country and since I have no access to your device, I can't even have a look what type of Vitodens you actually have or what modul with which software version is installed.
