I think this may happen as well due to too many access points/networks (not clear from your message if you have 3 access points with same ssid or 3 different ssid's). What I would do is to turn off 2 APs and leave active only the AP with the network to which the boiler used to connect and then restart everything (boiler and AP). I would maybe also move the AP a little bit further from the boiler (or lower the transmission power). if the connection is successful then turn on the other access points (and configure them is such a manner to avoid interferences). One more thing: depending on the access point you may have the option (in its menu) to lock a client to a specific access point (e.g. Ubiquiti) - avoid this. Hope it helps.
