So, this morning I turned it all off, resat the VitoConnect to factory settings. But still no luck. Then there was a firmware update to my ASUS router, and **bleep** that was applied and up again, it all worked. So something in my router was blocking traffic from the VitoConnect box. Bottom line is that it all works again 🙂
