So, this morning I turned it all off, resat the VitoConnect to factory settings. But still no luck. Then there was a firmware update to my ASUS router, and **bleep** that was applied and up again, it all worked. So something in my router was blocking traffic from the VitoConnect box. Bottom line is that it all works again 🙂

Hi Benjamin I just did, but it did not change anything. Any change I do in the app will still not be applied to the heater. If I exit the app and wait a minute, it will show the settings from the heater again.

Hi When I use the Vicare App on my Samsung S8 (android), I can see all the settings, but when I change anything, nothing happens. For instance, if I change the room temperature, the gas unit does not respond, or if I want to heat the water, nothing happens. Why is that ? VitoConnect 100 OPTO1 and Viessmann Vitodens 222-W
