Hello, A question on the statistics: our Vitoladens has two burber stages and reports runtime for both stages. I noticed that if the high stage is on, the lower stage is also on. My question is: is the total runtime the hours in stage 1 or the sum of hours in stage 1 and 2? Thanks

A number of years ago we purchased a Vitoladens 300C BC3 oil heater. Since 2019 we have had continuous problems. The unit stops with error message FB or FD. After a restart it works for some time, then stops again. The time between problems varies - sometimes the system works for a few days, sometimes for a few hours, sometimes it does not restart at all, and stops after a few attempts. We had different plumbers investigate the problem - they change the injector and perform maintenance, but so far nobody has been able to resolve the problem. The motherboard and fuel pomp have been replaced, tests have been performed with a direct feed from a jerrycan. We are about to give up and install a heatpump (in France a replacement of oil system is no longer allowed). Anyone an idea what might cause this issue? Any suggestion is much appreciated! Ben

Seit meinem letzten Beitrag im April haben wir immer noch Probleme mit unserem System. Es fällt häufig aus und zeigt den Fehlercode F4 an. Das System ist seit der Wartung wieder in Betrieb. Der Kraftstoff wird jetzt von der Oberkante des Ölstands aufgefangen (mit Hilfe einer Schwimmvorrichtung) und der Tank ist fast voll. Das Problem scheint der Neustart zu sein. Das System versucht es einige Male und scheitert dann entweder nach einigen Versuchen (Anzeige des Codes F4) oder es funktioniert. Bei der Beschreibung des Codes habe ich festgestellt, dass das Problem in der Zündung liegen könnte. Können wir (d. h. unser Klempner) das überprüfen? Any thoughts are much appreciated! Ben

Wenns ein 18 KW Kessel ist, sollte eine 0,4 Gph Düse verbaut sein, so ists mein ich bei unsrem... LE heisst dass die Düse nach dem Abschalten der Pumpe nicht tropft, es schliesst ein Ventil. Dies sollte auch so bleiben da man sonst Tropfen an Stauscheibe usw hat die gewiss verkoken oder sonstwas. Lies doch mal nach welche Düse in der Doku steht., auch der Hersteller ist wichtig, ich glaube Standard sinds Danfoss

Hallo benw, die Meldung ist in diesem Fall ziemlich eindeutig, sodass auch aus der Ferne eine Diagnose möglich ist. Wie bereits unter deinem Beitrag beschrieben, muss hier die Regelung ausgetauscht werden. Beste Grüße °ja
