QR code read on LAN-mod fill out serial no. and device ID and results in MSG: serial no. invalid or password too short (it is 9 char.s) or user name already assigned. (there is no user name field to be filled ?) When using same Device ID and the serial number on top of the unit result in MSG: enter correct Device ID. So PLEASE HELP me to gain access.
