Hello kkoldkjaer, before registration of the LAN-module, it must be connected to the internet. Please check if the cable is connected to the router and the settings of the router are on DHCP and the ports 80 and 443 are released. The LAN-module also has to be released on the control unit of the heating system. Please post the serialnumber of the LAN-module, so i can check the connection to our server. Best greetings °be
