There is/was a similar problem reported some days ago, where the vitocal is connected but you can not address it with the app: https://community.viessmann.de/t5/Waermepumpe-Hybridsysteme/Keine-Verbindung-zum-Internet-APP/td-p/628902 Maybe should @Viessmann Support Team take a look if there is a problem in the backend...
