Dear Viessmann team,
I would like to have my contract shifted to the advanced tier (from Electric). Main point for asking is, that I have discovered - using the electric tier - that a) I need the advanced tier, b) I would like to use the 30 days free access to determine, if I will be able to get enough value out of the API.
Can you please shift the contract to advanced tier? Thanks in advance.
