Hello, I am trying to create an API client in the Developer Portal (app.developer.viessmann-climatesolutions.com) in order to use the official Home Assistant ViCare integration. After logging in with my ViCare account credentials, the dashboard shows the error message "Client data could not be loaded". The "Your clients" tile does not load, so I cannot create or manage any API clients. I have tried: - different browsers - clearing cache / private window - logging out and back in The problem persists. I can see several other users reporting the same issue in this forum over the past days. Could you please reset / clean up my developer account data in the backend so the dashboard loads properly? The email address of this forum account is the same as my Viessmann account email. Thank you very much!
