Hi Benjamin, I have the same problem. My iOS version is 12.5.5 on iPhone 5S and the VICARE app no longer works. But many apps have the same restrictions. Two banks have just informed me that their applications will no longer work under iOS 12 and that I must use at least iOS 14. What I blame Viessmann for is not having informed the users of VICARE. The error message said "Your heating system has no Internet connection" which is totally false. I solved my problem by installing the VICARE app on my wife's iPhone iOS15.
