Hello, I recently re-installed the ViCare App on my phone, because of the recent maintenance problems. When logging in I'm asked to register my vitodens 100 unit by scanning QR code. But when doing this I get a message that the device is already register and I should contact Viessmann Service. No email, no phone number. How to unregister this vitodens 100 so I can start using it again with ViCare?
