With all due respect... This stuff has been going on for over a year now... And the Vicare app is just not up to the task like Vitotrol+ is... I cannot...for the life of me...understand that a reputable enterprise like Viessmann is unable to get a decent app up and running... Something is clearly wrong with the IT department over there... Victims of this incompetence are the users/consumers !!! Thank God the hardware is 1000 X better than this Vicare crap will ever be !!!
