Hello, I am using a Vitoconnect Opto2 connected via the optical interface to my Viessmann Vitodens 200-W boiler. However, I have noticed that the ViCare app incorrectly identifies my boiler as a completely different model. Boiler displayed in ViCare: - Model: Vitodens 200-W B2HA-49 - Output: 49 kW, heating only - Serial number: 7571049XXXXXXXXXX Actual installed boiler: - Model: Vitodens 200-W WB2B - Output: 26 kW, with integrated instantaneous domestic hot water production - Serial number: 7246704XXXXXXXXXX Communication module: - Model: Vitoconnect Opto2 - Serial number: 7637415XXXXXXXXXX The connection works correctly, and I can monitor and control the boiler through ViCare without any apparent communication issues. The Vitoconnect was registered by scanning its QR code, without manually selecting or entering the boiler model or serial number. I would therefore like to understand why ViCare identifies my boiler as a B2HA-49 instead of the actual WB2B. Could you please check whether the boiler identification or device association can be corrected on your side? Ideally, I would like ViCare to display the correct boiler model and serial number without losing my existing connection or configuration. I can provide the complete serial numbers and photographs of the boiler identification plate if required. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
