Hi, I got a brand new Vitocal 200-A ie installed last month, and I noticed the energy values reported via the API v2 was not working correctly. Each time the One Base Unit ie is rebooted (either because of a power cut, or even via a soft reboot via the ViCare app), all energy counter (for both heating.heat.production.* and heating.power.consumption.*) are reset to 0 kWh, including the yearly and the total power consumption values. One the unit is restarted and the heat pump is using some power, the heating.heat.production.* values start to increase from 0, while the heating.power.consumption.* sometime stay at the same value for a long time (even when the pump has been running), and then start increasing again after a few hours. Some of the power counter even sometime stay at the same values for days. In the ViCare app however all heat & power consumption seems to be appropriately reported, even after a reboot of the One Base Unit ie, so the issue seems to be really specific to the API v2. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of the issue ? Could it be a bug in the API platform with the new unit ? Thanks for your help.
