Hi @Lacotiv, thank you for your answer. I fixed a fixed IP address (192.168.1.222) for the heat pump in my router's parameters. It seems to deliver better results because connection worked during few hours. Unfortunately, it doesn't work again since this morning. In Vicare's home screen it is written "Your installation does not have Internet connection". It disturbes me because : 1. in heat pump's home screen I can see the WiFi icon which confirms that conenction is done with my router. Also in "information panel", I cann see that the correct IP adress is assigned for it. 2. In my router setting I can also confirm that connection with heat pump is done, with an "excellent signal level" Could it be necessary to open a port into heat pump IP address ? If yes, which one ?
