We recently had an example of a user complaining of an issue with their heating. It transpired they were using HA and everything seemed to be presenting as healthy.
The engineer on site established the 'System Pressure' was low so the boiler was not optimum and the radiators were not heating as expected.
In the APP the engineer was able to see the issue, but in HA the lack of the data prevents us from setting up HA alerts/messages when the boiler is below 1bar, which would allow the user to take the appropriate actions.
Can any one tell me how we can formally request the data to be included in the ViCare HA Integration?

We have checked again and it is not available on the "E3 Vitodens 050 BHC 0122"
