F.1223 Vitocal 060-A T0E-R290 180l, fan connection lost

Dear all,

I am experiencing a problem with my Vitocal 060-A. The issue is that I have written here in the subject if this conversation: F.1223.
It happens the heat pump stops working some time with this error notified by the ViCare app. The heat pump compresssor doesn't start and water is not heated anymore. This issue happened more than one time and it disappears all by itself after some amount of time.

Could you please give me some clarification? What do you suggest do do to make this error not happening again?

Hello Saverio,

please contact your specialist company so that they can update the software on the system by replacing the HPMU. The Wi-Fi connection will then need to be reestablished.
