or security reasons we had to change the WiFi password and since then we have no longer been able to access the heater (VIESSMANN-6207) with the app.

The checklist in the app includes, among other things, "Has the home WiFi password been changed?".

It would be desirable if a solution could be shown to this.

This also applies to the other points on the checklist.
