Unable to remotely apply updates

Hi there,

I am having issues that I am unable to remotely apply an update. I am the owner of the Viessmann system. Unfortunately, The owner I bought this device from is late.

I can remotely administer the system but I just noticed that I am unable to administer remote software updates.

Hallo zusammen,

Es tut mir leid, dass ich meine Frage zum ersten Mal auf Englisch stellen muss.

Ich habe das Problem, dass ich nicht in der Lage bin, ein Update aus der Ferne aufzuspielen. Ich bin der Besitzer des Viessmann Systems. Leider ist der Besitzer, von dem ich das Gerät gekauft habe, verstorben.

Ich kann das System aus der Ferne verwalten, aber ich habe gerade festgestellt, dass ich Software-Updates nicht aus der Ferne verwalten kann.

Wenn der Button schon rechts steht, dann bitte nicht mehr auf "speichern" oder "save" klicken.

Das Update kommt nicht automatisch, sondern muss vom Kunden über den Heizungsbauer/Fachpartner bei Viessmann angefordert werden, siehe hier:
