Messung der Wärmemengenzähler bei Kühlung

Hallo,

unsere Wärmepumpe kann auch Kühlen, allerdings messen die Wärmemengenzähler im Kühlbetrieb nichts, obwohl es einen Menüpunkt Kühlen dort gibt.

Kennt sich jemand damit aus ?

I mean that when I see a parameter value of, for instance, 100, using the up/down arrows I would expect to see its value change by its units and so to get values like 95 or 37 or whatever value between the minimum and the maximum value for that parameter. Instead, hitting the down arrow, it changed from 100 to 90! So let me reiterate my question: is there a way that I don't know to enable a finer parameters value setting than what I can see now? Otherwise why do we have 100 for 10.0°C if we can only change that to 9.0 or 11.0 and not 10.5 or 9.6?

That's even more important with the ambient temperature setting. Sometimes, 0.2°C are the difference between an unsatisfatcotory temp regulation and a confort one.

there is a way to calibrate some Sensor values .

Search in the service manual for "offset"

Thank you qwert089, I will have a look at your solution when I have completed what I'm trying to do and see it working via the API. For now it is not that important to be able to query more frequently than 20/30 times per hour.

In the meantime, if you know the answers to my questions, feel free to reply to them and to this new one:

- I see that the temperature of the puffer - and consequently of the fan coil line, varies from 7.5 to 13.5°C:

does anybody know for sure which parameter I have to touch in the service o r in the user menus to make it narrower? I think that the right range should be between 10 to 12°C.
I changed the 3616.0 parameter (Cooling buffer hysteresis activation) from 20 to 10, leaving the 3616.1 (Cooling buffer hysteresis deactivation) to 20 but nothing changed.

Would more knowledgeable people tell me the number of all the parameters involved in cooling when there is a buffer (or puffer) between the heat pump and a fan coil station, please?

Is there any free documentation about that that I can download?
As I said, I've been give the service menu pw and I've been allowed to make changes there.

Hello everybody, Fabio from Italy here.

We have just finished the installation of a Vitocal 150-A modular + puffer 6 connections 300lt for heating and cooling a house with fan coils. There was already a Vitodens 200 (gas) installed in the 2012, with two stations: the fan coil one mentioned above and a floor panels one. In the future we could end up having to add a ceiling panels new station.

I managed to read and download some of the diagnostic values of the system through python scripts via the API and then dump the values in a csv file. With an Excel workbook I import the values from the csv and show them on a grafic to monitor (and learn) how the various temperatures moves and the pumps and compressor switch on and off when the system in on.

For example, here you can see the monitoring of today time from 12:16 to 18:14.

(due to the limitations of the API calls I can only monitor about 6 hours as I'm asking for 10 different values every 2 minutes)

The only temperature I couldn't read is the return from the fan coils line, to check how much thermal exchange I'm having, to see if it's already optimal or if I can improve it, maybe slowing up or down the fan speed or, if it will be possible, modify the flow rate of the pump.

The system seems not to have a specific input for such a temp sensor but maybe you know better than me and my engineer and will tell me thet it's there...

Thinking it is not, and to the fact that an EM-HB1 module was installed to enable/disable the old Vitodens 200 (old bus protocol), I'd like to ask if would it be possible to use the TS2 sensor port on the EM-HB1 that by now has an NTC sensor wired to but it's not in use. Could I use this sensor to read the temperature of the return of the fan coil line? Will I have to ask my engineer to enable it or I can do it in the service menu on board the 150-A as I've been given the password?
When enabled, maybe as "hydraulic equilibrator" one, will influence the behaviour of the system?

API Errorcode ohne Registrierung

Hallo Community,

ich bin neu hier und interessiere mich als Entwickler für die API.

Soweit ich hier das verstehe, macht es nur sinn mit der API zu arbeiten wenn

die Systeme (Heizkessel, Wärmepumpe ...) bei Viessman registriert sind.

Ich kann nirgends einen endpunkt finden wo ich nach einem model und Fehlercode suche

und ein Result bekomme für zb. einen Heizkessel der nicht bei Viessmann online ist.

Sehe ich das richtig oder übersehe ich da was?

@Kaeswasser : Danke! Aber: So eins baue ich Dir ganz sicher nicht.

Ich nehme an Du hast keine Vorstellung davon wie aufwändig es ist so etwas passgenau "aus dem Nichts" zu bauen. Alleine die Adapter zusammenzufeilen und alles auf höchstens 1/10mm passgenau da reinzuschrauben kostet einiges an Zeit und oft auch an Nerven. 😉 - Das will niemand bezahlen!

Alleine dafür, dass der Kram so "relativ schön" und auch noch halbwegs ordentlich aussieht in diesem Gehäuse, habe ich fast ein komplettes Wochenende geopfert. - Ist halt Trial & Error sowas...

Dazu kommen noch die aktuellen Preise für die Komponenten. Dank Speicherkriese, usw. haben alleine die Komponenten (Controller, CAN Interface, Gehäuse, Adapter, Kleinkram, ...) >> EUR 120,- gekostet.

Allerdings überlege ich, ob ich evtl. eine anwenderfreundliche Version davon baue. Mit ordentlichem Controller Board, Anschlüssen für LAN und CAN, sowie einem vernünftigem Hutschienen-Gehäuse.

Habe ich das fertig, wird die Lösung sozusagen "Plug & Play".

Das ist aber dann eher ein "Winter-Projekt". Zumal die Software - hier nutze ich noch nicht meinen eigenen Datapool - definitiv Vorrang hat...

Obwohl: Aktuell läuft sowohl der Logger, das Gateway als Ersatz für das minderwertige WLAN der Vitocal, als auch der Home Assistant auf dem Teil. So hat man absolut keine Aussetzer, selbst wenn mal das Netzwerk weg ist... 😎

Hier mal der Temperaturverlauf (Außentemperatur + WW Istwert), sowie die Thermische Leistung und der Energieverbrauch über die letzten Tage.

P².S.: Leider immer noch nicht komplett: Die Verbindung zur Anlage.
Auch wenn ich die Kiste inzwischen zu habe (s.u.), die RJ45 Adapter wollen einfach nicht vernünftig passen.
Beim nächsten Foto hierzu zeige ich Euch, wie ich die Kabel ordentlich verlegt habe und wie das "am Gerät" so aussehen kann mit dem angeschlossenen Controller.

Subject: API device list returns only TCU — heating device (id=0) missing, but ViCare app works fine

Hello,

The IoT API does not return my boiler as a device, although the ViCare app
shows all data correctly (DHW temperature, heating system status, gas
consumption).

Details:
- Gateway serial starts with: 7633...
- Location: Uzbekistan
- (I can provide the full installation ID and gateway serial via private
message if needed.)

GET /iot/v2/equipment/installations/{id}/gateways/{serial}/devices
returns only ONE device:
- id: "TCU", deviceType: "tcu", with a single feature
"tcu.features.wirelessRemoteController"

The expected heating device (id: "0", deviceType: "heating") is completely
missing from the device list, so no heating.* or heating.dhw.* features are
accessible via the API.

- OAuth2 (Authorization Code + PKCE) works fine, token is valid.
- The API client was created more than 24 hours ago on the same account
that owns the installation in ViCare.
- The ViCare app on the same account shows heating and DHW data without
any problems, so the boiler is registered and reporting to the cloud.

It looks like the heating device is not provisioned for API access on the
backend. Could you please check and fix the device provisioning for this
installation?

Sollten die Werte auch nur ansatzweise stimmen, hätte die Hitzewelle ja zumindest bei der Wasseraufbereitung einen Vorteil gehabt und ich würde bei so 'nem Wetter quasi stündlich duschen, würde ich... 🤣

Es sollen 800Wh gewesen sein, laut Äpp, für die WW Aufbereitung. - NICE!
Was stört, ist der Gesamtverbrauch.
Grund: Bei diesen Temperaturen läuft die Klimaanlage nachts, damit ich nicht zerfliesse... 😎

P.S.: Hier meine allererste Messung (s.u.):

Schön zu sehen, dass sich die Pumpe mit ansteigender WW Temperatur immer mehr quälen muss. Auch gut, dass die überschüssige Leistung, wenn die WP abschaltet, anscheinend noch in den WW Speicher zu fließen scheint.

Das sieht gut aus.

Inzwischen ist der Controller an der Heizung angeschlossen und fungiert als

Ethernet To WLAN-Gateway
CAN Logger
CAN Teilnehmer per UDS

Noch ist das Ganze sehr rustikal aufgebaut (s.u.). Ich überlege RJ45 Durchkontaktierungen (s.u.) zu nutzen um das Ganze aufzuräumen und das Gehäuse wieder schließen zu können... 😇

Frage in die Runde: Wie habt Ihr Eure Erweiterungen an der Heizung angeschlossen?

Hi,

I'm starting to explore the Vissmann API.

When following the docs: https://api.viessmann-climatesolutions.com/documentation/static/authentication
In step one there is no other redirect URL accepted that http://localhost:4200 as described in the example.

When I change the port to 4201 i get {"error":"invalid_request", "error_description":"Invalid redirection URI."}

Why does the API behave like that?
