I know that maybe this is a little bit late, but I attach a capture with the burner modulation. it's a 200W 32kW, with low loss header and mixer, UFH. Burner pause is standard (not integral method) and temperature differential in settings is, as mentioned, reduced to 0. Pump functioning after DHW is set at maximum (15 minutes, irrelevant given the inertia of the UFH)). Boiler side flow (primary flow in LLH) is (I expect, pump set at 75%) lower than secondary (UFH) flow (Magna 1 25-60 at maximum constant pressure), all zones open (although room thermostats exist) but hidraulically balanced so that to almost reach the target room temperatures. I can provide all temperatures of the flows (primary/secondary LLH, in and out, return temperature from UFH) if need be. Maybe this can help and all the best!
