I have a ViCare account associated with my Viessmann apartment boiler. Unfortunately, after entering the wrong password several times, the account was blocked. I tried to use the password reset option, but after successfully resetting it I get the message:
"You are not authorized for this app"; please find also the photo attached. I also tried to create another account but the boiler is connected to the current account that I cannot access it through the app.

Boiler model: viessmann vitodense w100
Location: Bucharest
Please help me with unblocking the account or with a full reset, so that I can regain control of the boiler from the ViCare app.
