My Vitodens 222-F does not connect to the backend. Device UI shows
Connection status: connected
Backend connection: disabled.
I connected the gas heater to a separate network and ran packet capture, that shows a TLS Alert: Level: Fatal, Description: Unknown CA.
The backend’s leaf cert was issued 2025-05-09, and as a new owner I don't know, when the heater was last connected. I assume my device has missed an update and is lacking the latest CA cert.
I have tried all regular recommendations:

Please advise how to proceed?
