Vitodens 100-W and ViCare Smart Climate components

Hello,

I have a new Vitodens 100-W boiler (serial number in attachment) and would like to know if I can connect ViCare Smart Climate components to it, like the room climate sensor (ZK03839) or the thermostatic radiator valve (ZK03840). I tried adding them using the ViCare app but without success. Installer tried to add them using ViGuide but concluded that I have to have Vitodens 200 to connect them. I'm confused because Vitodens 100-w website mentions that it's One Base, and another website says that One Base systems can use Smart Climate components without Vitoconnect as they have WLAN built-in (I assumed that they have the sub-GHz radio too).
