I have Vitoconnect (s/n on picture) and since last month it's impossible to connect through ViCare app.
Vitoconnect was used with s*****nk@gmail.com. Now I try to activate Vitoconnect and it stoped on last step (photo 2).
This happend due to my location? If I removed my devices to another place (country) it will be work ?
