ViCare modulierender Thermostat funktioniert nicht mit externem Temperaturfühler, mit dem neuesten Modell Vitodens 100 Heizkessel

Hallo!

In der aktuellen Vitodens 100 Dokumentation(Z022911) ist angegeben, dass der modulierende ViCare Thermostat (ZK05991) nicht mit einem externen Temperaturfühler arbeitet.
Liegt ein Dokumentationsfehler vor?

Der externe Sensor würde die Heizkurve automatisch anpassen.

Könntest du ggf. einen Screenshot davon machen und hier posten?

Auch die Dokumenten-ID scheint nicht zu passen.

Z022911 is product code of Vitodens 100 B1KF and ZK05991 is product code of ViCare thermostat.
I want to know if ViCare thermostat work with external temperature sensor, both related at Vitodens 100.

I contacted Viessmann Romania and I received an answer: ViCare are not compatible with external temperature sensor.

I thought that the two sensors (ambient and external) work together, the result being an optimization of consumption and increased comfort.

If you mean the outside temperature sensor then it´s true, that this is not compatible with the ViCare-Thermostat at the Vitodens 100-W.

SebaV, I have been advised by UK tech support they do not work together - you only need one of them, either Vicare stat or Weather Compensation module. I went for the Weather Compensation module which works great - house temperature sits at a steady 20 deg only controlled by outside module.

SebaV, I highly recommend the Weather Compensation Module, I was doubtful at first (couldn't understand how it actually works) but after installation it works amazingly well. So many good features of WC  - rooms have constant steady temperature (no fluctuations as with room stat), even temperature through rooms (no high heat coming from radiator side), no modifying timers etc. It's a case of switch on and forget. Negative point - Mrs cannot dry clothes on radiators as they are only slightly warm all the time :). Good luck.

Hi SebaV, I've got the same answer from Viessmann Romania for pairing a ViCare thermostat (ON-OFF) with an external sensor (7427232) on a Vitodens 111W.

Allthow for 1 day one of Airmec engineer managed to do the pairing but unfortunately the battery of the vicare runoff and lost connection with the external sensor and never managed to get it back, you can see the picture attached.

This means it can be done, but the engineer can't recall what he actually did to make it work.
