Vitodens 222-W B2LA – Wie kann man das 3-Wege-Umschaltventil manuell umstellen?

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Vitodens 222-W B2LA (13 kW).
Warmwasser funktioniert, aber der Heizkreis  (HK) bleibt kalt (Vorlauftemperatur ca. 19 °C).
Der Brenner läuft, Heizkreispumpe und Mischer HK reagieren im Aktorentest – aber keine Wärme im Heizkreis.

Verdacht: das interne 3-Wege-Umschaltventil (Heizen ↔ Warmwasser) schaltet nicht richtig um.
Das Bauteil (mit gelbem Stecker, Aufdruck V17288639) ist hörbar aktiv, aber wahrscheinlich bleibt es in Warmwasserstellung hängen. Ich möchte sicher ausschließen/bestätigen , dass es am Ventil liegt.

Frage: Kann man das Ventil manuell umstellen oder bewegen, um zu prüfen, ob dann Wärme in den Heizkreis gelangt?

Und falls ja – geht das gefahrlos, ohne den Heizkreis zu entleeren, oder muss das Wasser vorher

abgelassen werden?

The valve itself has 4 screws in total: the 2 screws in front only hold the motor, while the 2 screws in the back hold the complete valve (motor included). You can get the motor off just by unscrewing the first 2 screws and for this there is no need to empty the boiler. Once the motor is off you can see the valve and move it (back and forth) with a plier. Only in case you need to change the whole assembly you need to first purge the water from the boiler.
