The boiler is not firing and the red Number 4 is flashing.

We have a Eurola Erdgas 24 KW boiler. The boiler is not firing and there is a red Number 4 flashing. We have turned the main ON/Off rocker switch off and on again but this has made no difference. Please can you tell us what may be wrong and how can we put the problem right?

Hello JonS,

the Code 4 means that there is no flame signal while the security time.

When was the last service done at your Eurola? There could be something wrong with the ionisation electrode.

Please contact your installer for doing the service and cheking the whole system.
