I am very cold! Is it possible to change the language or find a English manual?

Hello, I have just moved to Belgium and only just started to learn the language but in the meantime I really need some heating!  Please does anybody know where I could find an English manual, or even better, is it possible to change the language settings?

Unfortunately there is no english manual available and it is not possible to switch the language to English as far as I know 😢

Perhaps with a good OCR and following a translator app you might get further...
