    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning, for a few days now I've been unable to contact the Vitoconnect 100 OPTO1 module, either via the ViCare app or via HomeAssistant. I checked and the module is correctly connected to the network, and I see that the firewall sees requests to the Viessmann cloud, but nothing appears on the app or HomeAssistant. I've already tried disabling and reactivating the Wi-Fi network, but to no avail. Can you give me any suggestions? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I managed to send someone home to restart the module and it worked for a week. Yesterday, in conjunction with the update of the app on the phone, it stopped working again. Obviously the module is connected and detected by the dhcp server. Worse and worse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
