No Battery replacement

Dear Viessmann,

We have Viessmann Fuel cell installation with battery pack. Vitovalor.

The battery died because of old firmware or some other reason. The battery is not replaced for more than a year now. We have been trying to contact our service provider to contact Viessmann to order a new battery pack again and again, without any results.

Really sorry to say this, it has been almost a year that Viessmann did not replace our battery pack.

Viessmann knows about it, but they are waiting for a ticket from electrical service guys to even lift a finger.

Twice Viessmann came to our neighbors, I had to literally run after the service van to tell him that we need also replacement. No response. This has been going on for more than a YEAR, where is the sustainability factor here? We have lost money because of energy prices and time because of this.

So please, we would be happy if we can get a battery replacement or someone please take some action and more things forward.
