Natural Cooling Sekundärpumpe / Heizkreispumpe & Ventilstellung falsch

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein ähnliches Problem wie in diesem Thread.

Wir haben folgendes Setup:

Vitocal 300-G BWC 301.C12 Sole-Wärmepumpe
NC-Box ohne Pumpen und ohne Mischer (?), nur Wärmetauscher und zwei Zwei-Wege-Ventile
Ich habe geprüft, dass die NC-Box gemäß Anleitung verkabelt und verrohrt ist. Spannend: Der Vorlauf geht erst durch die Wärmepumpe und dann in den Fußboden.

Wenn der NC-Betrieb aktiviert wird die Primärkreispumpe eingeschaltet und die Ventile in der NC-Box schalten um. Aber:

1) es wird das Ventil Heizen/WW scheinbar nicht systematisch umgeschaltet.

Beim ersten Versuch wechselte das Ventil auf Warmwasser und es wurde der Warmwasser-Speicher heruntergekühlt... woraufhin etwas später dann der Verdichter und die NC-Box sich einen Kampf geliefert haben - ich glaube die NC-Box hat gewonnen.

2) Bei richtiger Ventil-Stellung etc. läuft die Sekundärpumpe im NC-Betrieb nicht an. Die Primärpumpe läuft und die NC-Box ist richtig gepolt, aber ohne Sekundärpumpe passiert nichts.

Im Aktortest mit aktivierter Primär- und Sekundärpumpe sowie aktiviertem Natural Cooling scheint es rein hardwaretechnisch zu funktionieren. Ich habe alle Einstellungsmöglichkeiten durch, unser Heizungsbetrieb reagiert nicht.

Wie bekommen wir die Heizungssteuerung dazu, die Sekundärpumpe zu aktivieren?

vielen Dank für Deine Rückmeldung.

Mein Anlagen-ID: 8902058317

Die Seriennummer des Grundgeräts ist: 7727818101129129

Parameter 7100 ist auf 1 eingestellt. Ich habe diesen und alle anderen Parameter, die für mich Sinn machen, wohl bereits ausprobiert. Evtl. bin ich aber nicht lange genug in einer Einstellung verblieben.

Die Soll-Temperatur ist sehr niedrig (16°), man hört die NC-Box und Primärpumpe sofort einschalten wenn Zeitpunkt erreicht ist.

Ich freue mich auf Deine Antwort.

I think i have the same issue as Jörgi.
My installation is a VITOCAL 300G + NC Box (only heat exchanger and two two-way valves) connected to Buffer Balloon.

Connected to this buffer Balloon i have the radiator circuit and the underfloor heating circuit.
In heating mode, the Heat Pump heats the water in the tank and starts the underfloor heating pump.
However, in cooling mode, the NC Box starts but not the underfloor heating pump.

What should I do to get the pump to start?

My Vitocal Serial Number: 7377453401077122

How can i solve the issue in order to start the underfloor heating circuit when the NC Box start?

Correct,

Heating and Cooling via Buffer Tank.
- For Heating mode, Compressor start and underfloor heating pump start too.
- For Cooling mode, NC Box start but underfloor heating pump do not start.

OK, according to which installation scheme was the system set up? Can you post this here? With an NC box, this is not integrated between the buffer cylinder and the heat pump, but in such a way that the heating/cooling circuit is cooled directly. If a buffer cylinder is available, an additional mixer with circulation pump is installed on site for cooling.

I just found this scheme. But i did not find the scheme including NC Box has i decided to add it after the first discussion.

By the way, the NC Box is located before the buffer cylinder. That's why when the NC Box start i need to have the underfloor heat pump starting too.

So it's not possible to have this configuration for Cooling Mode (same way of working has Heat Mode)?

No, this does not work with the NC box, which cools the buffer and then the heating/cooling circuits draw the cooling quantity from it.

I had a similar problem. In my situation the NC Box is cooling or the heatpump is heating the buffer and two heating circuits are drawing from the buffer. The circulation pumps of the heating circuits were not activated during NC cooling. I solved it by mounting a relay, triggerd by the NC signal, that activates the two circulation pumps. Thank you for your confirmation of No compliant NC Box assembly.

Can you share with me the correct draw assembly for NC Box + Buffer link to Heat Pump?

By the way, in such configuration (Heating mode), after few hours of heating, an error occured. E81. Can you give more information regarding this Error code?

I do not understand why the heat pump do not follow the regulation under water law. CC1 and CC2 have for each one a similiar regulation law.

The E81 error is displayed on the Vitotronic (Black Electronic module with LCD display on the Heat Pump).
