Waiting for a service call

I have a very loud LWP and the Plumber has looked at it and said that "Viessmann will contact me to make an appointment". This is over two weeks. Any ideas on why this is taking so long? (assuming that the plumber really has contacted Viessmann).

Odd, I just did and he claims to have a work order in with Viessmann.

Just to continue this long ago thread:

My klempner is not responding and so I've tried to get a Wartungsvertrag organised directly with Viessmann so that I can log the long-standing noise issue and have someone look at it.

I originally emailed on 21 December about getting a newwartungsvertrag contract organised for my system (Vitocal 222-S Hersteller Nr: 7788534901269117) but have not heard anything back and don't seem to be able to reach anyone on a phone besides the response "email wartungen@viessmann.com).

Is there an issue with that department? Or some other way that I should be contacting them? Ultimately I just want someone to look at the noise problem for a system that is only about 2 years old.
