Which api is the right one for getting information if electric booster heater ( 3 / 6 / 9 kW) is on ?

What is the output of that api ?

I found older post of this same issue and it said that Iot feature "heatingRod" is available only in Advanced packet.

Is there any future plans to get this Iot feature in Basic packet 🤔 ?
