    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem.&amp;nbsp; It has happened in the past but rectified itself on its own with no change from mee tried turning everything off, wifi, phone etc but nothing seems to make a difference.&amp;nbsp; I'm at a loss and would be delighted to get some help on this too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it's alright if I speak English here as my Deutsch is not so good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last year, I was using the ViCare app to adjust my heater and boiler, however, after trying to access it this year, it seems I no longer have access to both devices within the app. When I try to register it again through the QR code in front, it says "Component has already been registered".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure if it's because we changed our WiFi provider this year or if there's anything that changed within the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me figure this out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
