Hi all, sorry for writing in English....

I need help regarding my new Vitodens 100 gas boiler with OpenTherm mixer for floor and central heating and hot water. With this system, VIESSMANN Vitotrol 100 OT was also delivered. My question is can i upgrade the system somehow so im able to use ViCare app?

Thanks for your answer, is it possible to use a different thermostat, because this one is not user friendly or easy to setup.

Me again :),one more question, is there an upgraded OpenTherm module available for the Vitodens 100, or this is the only one compatible? The one that can use ViCare

since there are different products depending on the country you live in, I recommend you to contact your local sales partner or specialist to see what options there are concernig different thermostats and OpenTherm modules.
