QR code read on LAN-mod fill out serial no. and device ID and results in MSG: serial no. invalid or password too short (it is 9 char.s) or user name already assigned. (there is no user name field to be filled ?)

When using same Device ID and the serial number on top of the unit result in MSG: enter correct Device ID.

So PLEASE HELP me to gain access.

Hello kkoldkjaer,

before registration of the LAN-module, it must be connected to the internet.

Please check if the cable is connected to the router and the settings of the router are on DHCP and the ports 80 and 443 are released.

The LAN-module also has to be released on the control unit of the heating system.

Please post the serialnumber of the LAN-module, so i can check the connection to our server.
