Hi,

due to excellent Viessmann product quality reputation on the market we are trying to find out the developer/technician who works on development of Vitodens 200W product range especially the boiler's electronics cause there is no source of information available which can describe the reason of the problem we are facing with.

There is strange behavior of Vitodens 200w boiler running with outside temperature sensor running in equitherm mode only ( no room thermostat connected to boiler). Boiler runs fine for instance for one week but then unpredictable it starts to make hot water outside the equitherm range with quite small heating periods.

Can somebody help us to get an answer if the logic board is fine or if there is some issue with it.

Any kind of help is very appreciated.

Hi, thank You for quick response. I'm not able to find out responsible person with knowledge on the level he can analyze the issue and take appropriate steps to fix it. If You know the person who to contact please let me know. Is this forum limited to area of Germany? Can be the problem increased temperature of return water? if so, then why to biler runs smooth for one week without any unexpected issues?
