Hello,

I have a Verticell 200L which recently stop giving hot water even though the input flow is hot. The thermometer in the boiler indicates 34 °C and doesn't get hot.

The hot water temperature is set to 55 °C for both, day and night but the water in the boiler doesn't get warm.

Any recommendation of what could I do to fix the issue would be appreciated.

Which system is actually installed? Because you can check the air in the line yourself. Changing a pump or switching valve is more demanding.

It is a Verticell 200L not sure what model. Picture

So with a separate charging pump? Here you could measure whether there is any voltage at all. You may also be able to use a screwdriver stoscope to check whether the pump is turning.
