Hi,

I have recently installed a Vitoconnect OPTO 1 device towards my VitoCal 222-S heater by using the ViCare app.

Since the ViCare app is quite limited I’d rather use the Vitotrol app… but when trying connect to it I get an message saying that “There is no system that are supported by the Vitrol App”

And when trying to set it up I get a error message saying “No connection

You cannot reach the server.

Changes will be made when connection to the server has been established. The App needs to be active”

Hello Cwalman,

the Vitotrol-App is not compatible to the Vitoconnect 100. Please only use the ViCare.

The ViCare will soon get more functions.
