Vitoconnect verliert Verbindung bei Konfiguration

Ich habe mehrere Vitoconnects, und das Einrichten mit der ViCare App hat bei einigen problemlos funktioniert. Bei einigen ist allerdings das Problem, dass während dem ersten Einreichten / Konfigurieren die Vitoconnect beim Update der Firmware immer die Verbindung zum Wlan verliert.

Zuvor hat auch einmal geholfen, die VitoConnect zu resetten, aber das funktioniert leider nicht immer.

Auch nach mehrmaligem zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen oder neuem aktivieren vom Accesspoint und dann dem versuch die Verbindung aufzunehmen, funktioniert es leider nicht.

Zu Anfang des Updates leuchtet die LED zur Konnektivität immer grün, fängt dann an grün zu blinken und nach ca. 2 Minuten wird sie rot und das Update wird über 30 Minuten nicht beendet.

Wenn ich versuche mit dem Internetbrowser https://vitoconnect.gateway oder
http://192.168.1.1 zu laden, kommt immer die Fehlermeldung dass der Server nicht erreicht wird. Was kann ich noch tun, um dieses Problem zu lösen?

Hallo Insa,

probiere die Inbetriebnahme bitte über ein anderes WLAN, am besten über den HotSpot eines zweiten Handys, das in direkter Nähe zum Vitoconnect ist.

I am using a Vitodens 100 with Vitoconnect OT2. For about a week, Vitoconnect has been unable to connect to Wi-Fi, indicated by a red Wi-Fi icon on the device.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Reinstalling the Android app
Clearing the app's data and cache
Resetting Vitoconnect (holding the button on OT2 for 30 seconds)
Powering Vitoconnect OT2 on and off
Connecting Vitoconnect OT2 to different Wi-Fi routers and networks
Re-adding Vitoconnect OT2 to my Viessmann account multiple times
I have also collected Vitoconnect logs, which I am attaching to this email. The log file contains multiple errors.

No result. Still see red wifi icon.
